Not everything ships out the door. Some products and certain item categories are pickup only — available at the counter but not dispatched for delivery. If what you need falls in that category, a counter visit is the plan.

Making it a natural stop rather than a forced errand is just about routing it into the right part of your day.

Confirming pickup-only status before you go

Call (407) 286-0540 with the item and quantity before leaving wherever you are. Staff confirm current stock and whether the item is available for delivery or pickup only. Knowing this in advance saves a wasted delivery request.

Pickup is always available at 6203 W Sand Lake Rd C during store hours, 9 AM to 2 AM. A valid 21+ ID is required at the counter for every purchase.

When to slot the pickup into your vacation day

The best pickup windows are midday transitions — between a morning activity and lunch, or between an afternoon attraction and dinner. The Sand Lake Road / I-Drive corridor sees the most traffic in the early evening park-close rush; mid-afternoon is generally the smoothest window.

If you are already heading toward Sand Lake Road for dinner, a pickup stop on the way is the easiest fit. The store is on the north side of West Sand Lake Road near the Universal Boulevard intersection.

Delivery as a partial alternative

If only part of the order is pickup-only, the deliverable items can come to the hotel entrance while the pickup-only item waits at the counter for your visit. Call with the full order and let staff identify which items ship and which require a visit. Delivery is within 6 miles; $15 fee, free over $70. The price or total is confirmed before dispatch.

Eligibility for the delivery portion depends on your exact street address — not the hotel name or area. Staff confirm that when you make the call.
