What to include in the stock-check call

What to wait for before leaving

Wait for an explicit confirmation from the team — a simple yes with the item confirmed is enough. Do not leave immediately after sending and assume the item is available. The confirmation loop is short but necessary, especially for specific or popular items.

If you are also considering delivery, include your exact hotel street address in the same call. Staff confirm eligibility, total or price, and timing at the same time. Delivery is within 6 miles; $15 fee, free over $70.

If the item is out of stock
